At Amass, owned by the award-winning chef Matt Orlando, they believe that “today’s perfect ingredient might not be tomorrow’s” and that’s why they leave room for spontaneity by choosing the best-quality products on the day and by offering an oringial menu every day. Many ingredients come from the restaurant’s own garden, which you can see as you dine in the restaurant on the outskirts of Copenhagen.
